LD50 cut-off value of Herballent® Cream is 5000 mg/kg body weight as per OECD Guidelines for testing of chemicals (No. 423. Section 4: Health Effects, Annexure 2c) on conduct of 'Acute Oral Toxicity – Acute Toxic Class Method' when administered as a single dose by oral gavage to female Sprague Dawley Rats.

Acute Eye Irritation/Corrosion Study in New Zealand White Rabbits (OECD Guidelines No. 405) Herballent® Spray is considered as mild irritant and classified as 'Category 2B' as per the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). Herballent® Spray revealed ocular lesions up to 72 hours post installations to the eye of New Zealand White rabbits with single ocular instillation and found reverted at Day 7 observation.
